WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY RETURN

When Your Item(s) have been sent to our return department for review, here is what you can expect next:

 
*All returns need to meet the guidelines outlined on our warranty & returns page. Once our return
department receives the return request they will review it and if it meets the guidelines it will be approved;
if it does not meet the guidelines it most likely will be rejected.


*If your return request is approved you will receive an email letting you know it has been approved.
The approval email will outline the next steps for the return process with directions on what you
need to do next.


*If your return request is rejected you will receive an email letting you know it has been rejected.
The reasons for rejection will be one of the following:


When your return request in received we will keep you informed of the status by email.
What Does Your Status Mean?
Pending: Your Return Request has been received but not Authorized to send the return back to us yet.
Please wait until you get an email saying it is authorized.

Return Authorized: You Return Request has been authorized, and you are ready to ship the items back to us.
Request Rejected: Your Return Request has been rejected. 
Possible reasons for rejected returns can include: return requests submitted outside of the 30-day return policy; return requests submitted for e-liquids, coils, or disposables; or, return requests submitted for non-warrantable issues such as user damage.  For more information about your return, please contact our Returns Department.
Received: Your Returns are in our possession, and are waiting to be tested by our experts.
Items Refunded: You have been issued Store Credit, for your Returns.

Canceled: Reasons for canceled return requests can include: items damaged in transit, incorrect products, missing products, or drop-shipped products.  Order issues not directly related to a warranty return can be referred to our Customer Service Department via email to support@midwestgoods.com
